I've been having the same problem lately not being able to look at anything except zip files. That's the only thing that seems to work. Maybe he can repost it as a zip file.
But having not even looked, I can say with certainty... The biggest thing that will affect cold starts is your IAC counts. I am simply assuming you have a cable car by looking at your pic.
Check to see if your IAC counts are somewhere around 40-60 when the engine is HOT... Like around 200*, or more (but not too hot). Just turn the fans off with the scanner and let it get a little warm. See what the IAC counts are. If they are higher than this, then you will have to open the blade about a 1/4 turn at a time until they come down. Make sure you reset the TPS and IAC after every adjustment. To reset:
1. unplug sensors
2. turn key on
3. wait 10 seconds
4. Key off
5. plug sensors back in
I'm not going to explain how to actually adjust the effective area vs. steps table unless the above doesn't work for you. If you need me to explain that process, I am happy to. I would start with the simple part first though.
