Ls swapped rx7, no voltage from fuel pump signal wire.

Ls swapped rx7, no voltage from fuel pump signal wire. Swapped in a gen 4 5.3 motor and current performance wiring harness. The ecm is an e67 and its unlocked with hp tuners. No vats or anything and im still not getting any voltage to the fuel pump. Is there another code or setting i need to adjust in hp tuners? Please help! Thank you
