Default P2101 and P1516 code at RPM

Looks like at WOT past 6,000rpms these codes hit. Anything below I can drive it around all day long. Anyone seen this before?

its an LS7 with a gold blade throttle body on with the GMPP controller.

Looks like you have throttle actuator issues. Google the codes(I just did) to find out all the possibilities. It mentions bad connections and/or shorts in the throttle actuator circuit(s)

Is there a probable issue? Do throttle bodies go bad?

You might want to check all electrical connections AND grounds before anything else.

I think you might also want to check the pedal actuator. Have you googled it yet? It will tell you where to look

Look it up in a GM manual. You should be able to find it.
