Default Microsquirt no rpm sync

I have turbo 5.3 ls using a microsquirt v3 controller. I ordered the plug and play harness from diy auto tune with microsquirt package. I had the car running pretty good but then it started dying intermittently at low rpm. Now it won't start at all and shows no rpm sync on tuner studio. All other gauges are working. I did notice I would have a small amount of rpm when letting of the key for just that split second. Other than that I have no signal. I replaced crank sensor and also check to have ground and 12v at plug. Still says no sync. I ran spark test with tuner studio and could see spark coming out of coils. I have no spark and no fuel now. I am new to all this as this is my first microsquirt build. What else should I check?

Hook up jumper cables or a charger to it. Low voltage and low cranking RPM will cause it to not sync RPM while cranking.

I did try that with no luck. The battery is brand new.

Any chance you're getting the cam and crank sensors confused?

The controller only has a crank sensor. I thought it was a ground problem but I cleaned them and tightened them up.

Yes, but the crank sensor connector will plug right into the cam sensor at the back of the valley cover. Common mistake.

Ok I doubled checked. I am sure it is in crank sensor located on the passenger side just above the starter.

When you connect it, are all of the sensors reading OK? TPS, MAP, CLT?

Email me the tune, I'll use it to fire up one of my micro controlled setups and rule out any software issues.

So talked to guy at diy auto tune and realized I had a 24x reluctir wheel instead of 58x. My engine is an 2000. So I went back with the original tune they sent me and changed in the ignition setting to ls1. I am now getting rpm and it gets to fire but acts like the timing is to advanced then blows the coil fuse. So i tried another fuse and same thing. It lit then blew the fuse and died. What would case the coil fuse to continue to blow?

you dwell time settings can cause the coils to overheat and blow fuses.

Thank you guys for your help! You were correct on the dwell setting! I am now up and running again finally. Where would I find a good tune for my set up. 5.3 ls 24x 7875 turbo, sloppy stage 2 cam, btr springs, microsquirt controller,....

You have about the most common, plain jane, overdone setup in the history of engine setups.
So I'd imagine you would get a base tune from someone at the sloppy mechanics facebook page.
