Default P59 OS for 3bar DBW

A buddy built a turbo setup for a mid 70’s Chev PU not paying attention to the harness/pcm he got with the engine. He thought it was an 0411.
So turns out the OS in his P59 only supports 2bar.

Looking for a little help finding a 3bar compatible DBW file. Don’t care about flex fuel.

I can search the HPT repository, just need a little guidance on years and vehicles.

Thanks

Ron

Ron, I use the 2004 setup. I have several os's I can send you once I am home. In 04, gm used the same os in the vans, and the corvettes. That makes it super handy, because you can get 3 bar, dbw, dbc, 4l60, 4l80, or 6spd with flex fuel in a mix and match segment swap.

Thanks RP. I’ll shoot you a PM this evening.

The story got funny. He was finishing up some TIG welding on the exh and managed to smoke his pcm.
Another buddy happened to have a single P59, so I read it and it had 3 bar avail. It was a 2005 Escalade manual trans.
Anyway, it’s working now.
Really small VE table though.

He is Tuning it his own bad self.

Manual trans Escalade? That's a first for me.

Yeah, the VE tables are smaller on the 3 bar. Its a give take thing for sure. If you have a more tame cam, the tip in is not too bad to deal with. I know a couple guys who have some rowdy, large cams that are a bit tougher to deal with.

A few p59 stock tunes. This will give all the transmission options, a enabled flex fuel, and both the dbc and dbw for the same OS. Obviously, you must have the IAC drivers for the DBC to work (just noting this for future use/users who may not know this)

Doug,
it had to have been one of the older versions. After 3.o, but before 4.0. I have not done the 4.0, and so far, REALLY don't want to. I can look more specifically if you need more than that. Just not home currently. Part of my not wanting to swap to 4.0, is the hundred some odd tunes I have saved. I don't need to go any further, it's been discussed.

You'll want to make sure you match the OS to the TAC module being used or it will insta-brick the PCM once you touch the throttle. Some will live and some won't.

The setup is working. The owner tuned it, and delivered it to his customer.
