LS1 No Start
This problem has been solved. The issue was that the plugs were fuel fouled. After baking them to dry them out (I baked at 350 for one hour), the car fired right up. I will start another thread to figure out why the car is over fueling, as it has to do with the current tune. Probably wrong injector pulse.

your fuel pressure should not drop at all. so that throws a red flag right there
what I do to make sure the injectors are working right is I pull pull the entire fuel rail and injectors up out of the intake, with everything still connected to wiring and fuel line, put a towel under the fuel rail assembly and have someone turn the engine over while you watch what the injectors are actually doing. Hell you might even see all of them leaking badly before even cranking
