525 w/ a Maggie, crank, no run.
The tune was put in a later E38, [2010].
We then tried an early ecm, from a 2007 Vette. Worked just fine.
Easy to get the various yrs mixed up.....

I had similar issue when installing a sniper system. The engine started because of the initial fuel prime but die immediately. Turns out I had the tach signal hooked up wrong. Sniper would not add fuel once started because it sensed the engine was not running.
