Default I'm very new to this tuning, can someone look at the log.

Car will not start, when I turn the key on ignition 1 the fuel pumps turns on and goes to 60 than shuts off, when I go turn all the way to start the car the motor turns over strong but it does't start. (I used my meter on the fuel relay and saw no voltage going to it while key is turned all the way) I checked the voltage on startup to the ECM it drops to 2 -3 volts. It was running good until 2 months ago when this started. It acts like power is being shorted to ground. battery maintains 12.4 volts it also has a battery jumper on it to ensure full volts and amps. Today for the first time I used HP tuner, but I'm new to it. files are below. I was trying to find error codes.

Possibly bad ignition switch not sending power to run anything once released from the "start" position.

spark? I recently went through this and there were several issues. First was two different grounds were bad. Then a fuse that looked fine was bad. It was the ignition fuse , which caused no spark.

A word of caution. I suggest you don't work on the ecm, use HPT, while you have a batt charger in use.
