Default Holley HP lq4 miss fire

I have a lq4 with 243 heads, tick stage 2 cam, fast 90/90 intake. Tha car runs but not very well. It will backfire through the exhaust while running. I pulled plugs and noticed 2 cylinders on passenger side had not been firing. I also confirmed this has the header tubes were cold to the touch and the others were hot. I have spark as i pulled plug and had spark while turning the engine over with the fuel pump unplugged. I dont want to keep running the engine and hurt something. I am out of ideas and dont know what all the lines mean on the data log. I have searched and watched YouTube videos for months trying to figure this out. Any ideas or help is appreciated. Thanks

The plugs were soaked with fuel. I had the injectors cleaned and flowed before install.
