Lightbulb Injector upgrade??

Hi all and thanks for everyone's expertise, in the LS world!!
I have an 01 Z28, with a new LS6, bored 0.20 over, 799 heads, stock intake (off my LS1), an LS9 cam, shorty headers and dual exhaust.
I'm getting a tune, next month, and I'm wondering if I should replace the stock fuel injectors (28lbs. I believe) with maybe 35lb injectors, before the tune??
Anyone with thoughts on this??
Thx as always, in advance!!!

Are you running short of fuel now? A larger injector will not increase power unless it's leaning out already. Bigger injectors do not increase horsepower on their own.

You may need more fuel injector, but not much. 28lbs will take you to 430-440rwhp or so.

The GTP 36lbs injectors that FAST sells for 299 or so are a good upgrade. Really good data characterization with them too.

Not that I am aware of, but I keep getting a low volt code (PO327) on the front knock sensor.
I have replaced both KS and the harness, but still get the code, especially if accelerating more than normal.
There is no pinging going on, that I can hear.
Since I had an upgraded motor, I got to thinking maybe the stock injectors were making it lean out a little.
I do get the code, even if driving it normally, eventually.
Just to wanted to get the general input on this.
Thx!!!

IMO, there is no way I would leave stock injectors in it. The GTP injectors are all over and cheap as dirt. Get the flowed/cleaned and for less than $150, your good to go. JMHO

We dont run anything over 400rwhp on 28's, can you make more, yes but the duty cycle will be 95+% on the injectors duty cycle.
