Crank no start issue with 5.3l swap
I have a 1951 3100 Chevy truck on an s10 frame with a 5.3l and 4l60e. The engine has a stage 2 btr truck cam, ls6 valve springs, nnbs intake with Holley sniper efi throttle body. I recently bought hp tuners so I could delete my own vats and learn a little about tuning. I’m having issues getting it started, has 58 psi fuel pressure, and hold at 55 when key is off. It has spark. I have what I believe are good grounds, one strap on each side of block going to frame, one strap going to back of head to body, battery to body, and battery back of block near starter. What am I missing?

VATS is likely still active. I don't like to advocate the use of starting fluid / ether as a crutch to get an engine to start - it can wash oil from the cylinder walls. But judiciously used, it can be a good diagnostic tool in situations like this.
