Default Where to buy a new 0411 PCM?

I think that my PCM was damaged a while back when the alternator control wire came off and sent 18VDC for 5ish seconds. Where is the best place to get a 0411 PCM with the 02 OS and my VIN programmed in?

There are no new ones, only used or remans.

I have successfully bought several GM PCM/ECM from Ebay vendor "Spareecm". A 411 is typically $90 and includes programming it to your VIN and the correct OS for your vehicle.

New PCM fixed the problems. It is like driving a different car!. The car idles correctly immediately after startup, idle at stoplights is shittons better (I had missed AC!!), the engine doesn't act confused everytime I push the clutch, and even the AC seems to be working better. Big thanks to Pacer Racer and NicD for getting the PCM ready to go. Thanks to CustomConnectorKits for getting me red and blue plastic pin guides for a much better price than Amazon or flea-bay.

Way to go man! Glad things are way better, and kudos to you for giving credit where due!
All problems should resolve like this!

I have been chasing this for a while. NicD has been a big help through out this hunt! Pacer offered to send me red and blue connector covers, but I had already bought them.
