Hey guys I had been running my yank ss4000 converter for a few years and it has locked up no issue.. I just installed PRC 225 heads,ms4 cam an I am using hp tuners software. But now the converter won't lock at 45mph.. it will lock and unlock when Givin the command on the computer. Code p0300 misfire is shut off. It did randomly lock up in D after I shut it off an restarted driving.. it was locking like it should when I had just a base tune after the h/c install but now it's not after wideband tune.. any help appreciated. 98 camaro

Have you done a "compare" between the two tunes? Maybe something accidentally got changed that is effecting it.

Also, are you data logging all the TCC PIDS? Is it actually commanding it to lock up?

Without seeing the tune and a log, it's really hard to say.

Try maxing out the misfire table. I don’t think shutting off the error code works
