Default Complete loss of power during acceleration

Not sure where else to post this. I figure I'd put it in here. Not sure this is relevant, but I just installed a supercharger and did various work on the car (intake manifold gaskets, etc.) Three times during acceleration, the car just completely cut power. I wasn't getting any throttle response, etc. Switching gears seems to "jump start" the car and I regain power, but lose it fairly soon. After 5 or so seconds, I'm able to get it back. I am baffled. I believe I have a loose connection or an arc and during acceleration things move around. I'm an absolute dunce when it comes to electrical and pcm. I have tried to find any loose or frayed wiring. Nothing so far. Battery terminals are on tight. Could a failing alternator do this? I highly doubt it because wouldn't a battery give it some juice for a while?
Has only happened under medium to heavy load. So far at least.

DBC? If so check all connections at the pedal and TB, and in between

Yes if DBC means drive by cable. I got a tps low voltage code. I had just replaced the a tps sensor too so i'm guessing it's a bad connection/connector somewhere. Not sure what to do. Try a pigtail and hope the issue is in the connector? Would a malfuctioning tps create this issue? I did do a datalog and saw that once that happens to me the absolute tps was reading 0.

Look at the pins in the connectors, and check the wiring for nicks and cuts. It's in there somewhere.

Yeah. That's what I'm thinking. The fact that it has only done it to me on medium or heavy acceleration........Either means that somethings moving around OR the damaged wires can't handle the extra draw.......I don't know. I hate electrical stuff.

how far fetched would a weak/dying alternator be the cause? Car regains power briefly by shifting to other gear. Remains this way for 5 to 10 seconds. I also have a racetronix hotwire fuel pump hooked on the alternator.

The battery would stabilize the voltage. You might load test the alternator to see if it is good anyway, but if it's cutting in and out it would just charge the battery sporadically.
