Default Tune help

The issue seemed to be the engine was a little sluggish/struggling up to about 3800-4000rpm but after that it ran up to 6900 pretty well. The tuner was concerned that he felt it should have been going to 7200 with that cam. Timing and everything looked good, just couldn't understand why it seemed like it was 2 stage running. He felt it could be the lifters or the push rod length. He did also think it could have been drawing too much air through the oil catch cans, but when he pinched the vacuum hose off to the intake it killed the engine, at idle. I did have air filters on the cans which could have allowed to much unrestricted air?

Any input would be appreciated. Not really wanting to open it back up for lifters if that is not the issue.

ls1 346ci

all factory bottom end
Tick SNS 3 cam
ls1 lifters
7.4 hardened pushrods
243 heads
.660 springs
ls6 intake
factory ls1 throttle body, ported
upgraded fuel pump with hot wire kit

setup for Nitrous with LNC-2000 Launch Controller

The Torque reading was messed up.

what numbers did the car make?
have a dyno graph?
did you measure for the correct pushrod length?
what displacement engine is this?

Power seems low across the board. That isn't a tiny cam.
Seeing a data log would be very helpful. Can't tell afr, timing or even rpm from that dyno graph.
I always wonder why Dyno Jet operators don't hook up the rpm signal......

Fire your "haha Tuner haha", read until your eyes bleed, then ask us questions that we can actually answer. And yes, I did mean to sound like a total ******* with that comment, but not toward you. My vilification is directed toward those who take money from the less knowing and the throw their hands up in the "I don't know" pose. I doubt that you have any issues that a competent mechanic or tuner would not have been able to diagnose before you left the building.

Looks like he disconnected the plug wire to hook up the inductive pickup...
