Tune to lockup in 4th only?

Tune to lockup in 4th only? 2006 Silverado 4L60E. Is it possible to tune the converter to lock up in 4th gear only?
Also, is there a way to delay lockup a few seconds after it has shifted into 4th/OD?

Pretty much what has already been told,
On my stuff depending on the setup, I like to lock up at 50- 55 in fourth only on a 4 speed. On a few I have set it a hair lower. I like it this way, works for me.

Since where talking a truck here, I have mine setup to lock late also, but for those slow roads I have my tune set to stay locked no mater what when I push the tow/hual button. Because I find it SUPPER annoying to have lockup in the 55mph range on a road your constantly going 50-60mph on locking and unlocking all the time... Just a thought
Jake, just in case you didn't know, both parameters must be met, before it will lock, so you can set one lower and the other as a trigger.
As someone else said, using a Tow/Haul button is nice, because it gives you 2 options, on the fly, and not just locking the clutch, but all the shift settings.
