Programming P59 My is os is12606807 from a 2006 avalanche I am going to use a 4l60e 2 wheel drive transmission do I have to change transmission settings in the os.already turned off vtd,dtc’s for rear o2 sensors.and should I do something with the emissions on the os.help please.

Next, to get help here you need to give us more detailed info, explain what your goals are, and try to use the correct terms. For example, "settings in the os" is confusing. I think you mean "settings in the tune". The specific OS is not that interesting.
I have no idea what your goals are - why did you have the DTCs for the rear o2 sensors turned off? Deleting the cats?
Didn't a 2006 Avalanche come with a 4L60E? If yes, then what are you asking?

OK, thanks for the updated info.
Changing from a 4 wheel drive to 2 wheel will not affect the tune. Make sure you get a 2006-2008 4L60E as it has to have the Input Speed Sensor (ISS). 2005 and earlier did not have ISS. (Well a few 2005 may have.) 2009+ are electrically different and won't work.
