Thanks for all your help GBody but I am still fighting my original problem of stalling when I come to a stop sign or throw in the ctutch and foot off the gas. I will attach the latest bin. Is it still just not enough air at idle? spark an issue? trying to make a 5.3 run in front of a manual transmission has proved to be a pain in the **** to say the least. Has been for me anyway.

Do you have a VSS and clutch pedal position switch wired in? If not that will frequently cause a stall when coming to a stop.

Yeah I figured that and trying to come up with solution now. leaning towards a gps vss just seems easiest option and a clutch switch to pin 48 or pin 33 as tcc brake switch.

Yeah, that's the way to go. A GPS VSS is the cleanest fix for the speedo. And wiring a clutch switch to the TCC/brake input is standard practice for a manual swap. You're on the right track.

GPS didn't work for a damn got the Toyota land cruiser VSS that fits the np205 transfercase just have to sort out the wiring. Tune still giving me trouble when I hit the gas it does off but I think After I fix an exhaust leak it will be better. Thanks for all the help. If anyone wants to chime in on the tune and tell me what I'm doing wrong, I;m all ears and can appreciate some constructive criticism
