Default What's a Safe A/F mixture on a D-1SC

A friend of mine just purchased a 2001 Formula with a D-1SC running 8 pounds of boost. It's got:

Dual intercoolers (Air to Air)
42 Ibs bosch injectors w/bosch 255 lph inline fuel pump
custom SPAL dual fan (11") With SLP manual fan control
Hypertech 160 Degree thermostat
MSD super conductor 8.5 wires with NGK TR-6 spark plugs
Thunder Racing Mass Air Flow ends with stock MAF internals
Hooker cat-back exhaust w/ customized Y-pipe and stock cats

My question though is with these midifications and stock block, internals and heads...what would a good A/F mixture be. I think the tuner has it running a bit rich....What's considered to lean? It's running about 13.8:1 at idle and on the boost about 11.3:1

The A/F ratio should be about 11.5 -11.8 across the whole RPM range for WOT.

Timing can be set about 23-25 degrees if he has stock heads and cam.

What kind of dyno numbers did he have?

Each car is different. With a stock longblock car timing should be 18-22 degree's(Tops) and A/F 11-1 on the dyno. That is with 93 octain gas.

We're here in California so it was tuned off of 91 octane
