Default IAT question...ECU use F or C????

I made up a resistor IAT to use when on the bottle. My autotap shows a constant temperature of 106F and that converts over to 41C. What does the ECU use? F or C?

ECM is in C but at that temp with a stock IAT table that will pull 1 degree.

Does the 106(f) on auto tap convert over to 41 or 106 in the PCM?

Actually I think the PCM uses a one- or two-byte binary
value, not necessarily either unit basis, and the editor /
logger tools translate it to degC/degF purely for your
convenience.

internal PCM value is in C as is the data value that comes in the PID for the scanner. Scanners convert the C value to F.
