Low timing, but seeing no KR?
A year ago I got H/C and a tune. Timing for w/o throttle was in the upper 20's. Dynoing within the past month, timing was between 18 and 21. Not knock retard at all. Power dropped off dramatically.
I do believe my cats are going bad (rotten egg smell while on dyno). Could bad cats somehow pull timing? Also, stock converter. Any suggestions for a drop off in timing? A tune can't just "disappear", correct?
I've attached the xls logs for the WOT runs, if this can help the experts at all.

frequent pinging can drive this from 1 toward 0, and
this interpolates the spark between the high octane
