11.3@WOT. The question I am having is what type of gains can come from a tne only on a stock car?

I can't quantify the HP gains. You are slightly richer
than the factory commanded AFR. Which is well
richer than the "ideal" 12.8:1. I think you will be
pleased with the results of less fuel and more spark.

It is my near-term goal to rent some dyno time and
do a matrix of pulls with varying fuel/spark and see
just how much sensitivity there is, at what offset
from "ideal".
