I just sold my LS1 Edit at last and waiting to see the EFI Live Flash before i decide on getting the Hptuner. I have the EFI live 6 already which is only a $200 upgrade for EFI Live Flash. Does anyone know if the EFI Live Flash has the 2 or 3 bar maps?

Perhaps this will make things easier.

VCM Suite is a proven product.
We have the most powerful editor and scanner combo available.
We support the most vehicles.
We allow you to tune an UNLIMITED number of vehicles of the year/models that you purchase.
We offer you 2 versions of our interface, the standard interface for only $499 or our Enhnaced IO interface which has 4 inputs and 2 programmable outputs which you cannot buy anywhere else.
We update our product on a regular basis and often implement exactly what our customers request.
We support 2bar and 3bar MAP programming.
We support V6 vehicles as well.
We will be supporting LS2 vehicles soon.
We will be supporting 4 cyl and duramax vehicles soon.
We a very helpful customer base on our forum that can help you with questions you may have.
We respond to e-mails promptly.

And.. the kicker... we will be releasing a new version of our software in the near future (projected february release) simply called VCM Suite 2.0. 2.0 contains all the power, functionality and ease of use of our current 1.x series of software as well as many new features never seen before. I know my oppinion is biased but nothing compares to VCM Suite 2.0. I wish I could say more about it but it will have to wait until later. All orders placed now will receive the 2.0 update for free.

We also have trade-in incentives. Trade in your existing hardware and save.

Trade-in credits:
Carputing: $200 (making $299 to purchase STD interface or $449 for EIO)
EFI Live: $250 (making $249 to purchase STD interface or $349 for EIO)
Carputing + EFI Live: $350 (making $149 to purchase STD interface or $299 for EIO)
Autotap: $100 (making $399 to purchase STD interface or $549 for EIO)
Hypertech/Predator: $50 (making $449 to purchase STD interface or $599 for EIO)
DHP: $350 (costs $149 to purchase STD interface or $249 for EIO)

HP Tuners is without a doubt the product to have. We are constantly bringing you new products and new updates and will continue to do so.

I'll agree with the HPTuners being the best bang for the buck. As for answering emails , i sent Keith an email after midnight and he answered it within 15 minutes! I also received my product quickly and he was very prompt about sending me a tracking number . I had a great experience with HPTuners and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I want HP Tuners more than anything right now, but dang it's hard to hand over the $500. I've almost clicked the submit button on the order form about 4 times over the last 6 weeks but every time I check my bank account first and end up being right at $500 and don't want to end up with $0 in the account so i decide to wait for next paycheck. You guys got a lay-away program LOLOL
Anyway IMO HPTuners is the route to take.

I wish I could post better screenshots but 2.0 will no doubt set the standard for the future of editing software packages... so for now I must keep them between us and our beta testers.

I Have used ls1 Edit pro version for 2 years and then switched to HPtuners VCM Pro version a year ago and the HP guys may have came out of woodwork but they have overpowered and passed everyone else in just a very short time, with more updates, support, knowledge than anyone else in the buisness. I also have some 2.0 information and all us loyal HPTUNER users will be continuing to stay in front of the competition. I downloaded the Demo version of EFI live and checked it out and my personal opinion is it is missing alot of things that I like about HPTUNERS and it may just be me but All the great vibrant yellow, red and blue colors in EFIs edit table make me think of Fischer Price toys or McDonalds playground All I am saying is HPTUNERS ROCKS

Another vote for HPT...We use it in house and our tuner (a top notch guy) loves it. I highly suggest HPT if you are looking to get into tuning. HP Tuners!
