any ideas on the approximate price of the 1bar sd package ? same as 2 and 3 bar ?

1 bar is standard programmed by GM, right
you should have 1 bar if you got hpt

Yeah I tried to install it first on my desktop to get a feel, and it wouldn't install right, so I figured I'd install the update to see if it was just some kink, nope it wouldn't work either! Any clues HP guys?

when i had issues putting in an update for 1.5.x i just uninstalled everything and started from scratch with the cd then the newest update i had and everything worked fine then.

Ok, I'm new to this game, can someone let me know what an EIO is? I plan to purchase HPT 1.6 soon and other than the wideband....i'm lost...lol.

Yes, but there are little things that could help us. Especially us 98ers. We get the poopie secondary VE table when the MAF is unplugged.

for a 2000 you could run a 2001 calibration, with the necessary changes.

the 98 guys have no such option we're the bastard children

i think its down to $199, but yeah, its still not a free option for those who already have a hptuners cable.

<---not a pre-order, but ordered as soon as it was available. HP Tuners is better than Playstation 2 (which is what I would be doing with my time if I were not so busy reprogramming my car). I could make you all sick with the number of modified BINs I have for my car. A rough estimate would be...maybe a little less than 200? I have so many I name them with the day I made them, and on busy days I add a A, B, C, etc.
