Default Ls1 Edit tune over a Predator tune can it be done??

Well here is my situation, I am presently installing a Procharger on 1 of my 2 F-Bodys 01 Ws6 and am going to need to do a new tune. I am currently getting my tunes from another person-website, when a new tune is needed I email my requests and he sends me a new one.I than down load them into my Diablo Predator and transfer into the car.

I have just purchased LS1 edit (want to do my own know). I guess what I am asking do I need to return everything to stock configuration or can I just overwright what I have now.

I than need to find out what I can do with my Predator to return it to its stock configuration. I have another F-Body Ls1 02 Firehawk that I can use it on for minor stuff of a fancy code reader.

I do understand that the Predator is vin locked to my WS6.

Hope someone can give me some good info on this situation.
Thanks Chris
