Exclamation Will Disableing EGR in HP Tuners cause the car to run richer or leaner. 97% DutyCycle

Hey I'm just tryin to get a lil extra fuel up top until I buy 42lb injectorss. Would Disabling the EGR Cause a more lean or rich condition?

I'm at 97% Duty Cycle on my injectors!

I would think neither if you are running closed loop. I don't think EGR is active at WOT (pseudo-open loop). But your cylinder temperatures could increase, and this could also increase the possibility of detonation.

It was a joke. I was insinuating that the only way you are getting more fuel into your engine was through a wet nitrous kit with it's own pump, because your injectors are maxed out. You should not even run that at that high of a duty cycle anyways. You are going to have to replace them sooner than later...time to bite the bullet. It could be worse. It is just injectors. Of course the rest of your fuel system will need to keep up...
