Worked on my TB volt reading for WOT.
Well, after starring at the tb blade and nowing this thing can't be at a 90deg angle at WOT, I decided to put the computer on it. This is the 78mm tb I got from Absolute Speed. Well the initial reading was 4.4 volts. Well, I figured thats not to bad, but I would try to get a little closer the 4.6 volts. I grinded at least an 1/8 inch off to get to 4.6 volts. That blades looks alot better now.
I just can't believe how much I had to take off to get .2 volts more.

When I did my TB I used a ruler across the mouth to determine
true dead open and worked over the bump-stop until I got it
right centered.
Check that your cables are snug so that floored pedal gives
you dead open, too; mine weren't, as-delivered, and I had to
cobble up a spacer in the pedal run because that was way
slack, and "nonadjustable".
