Default few SD tuning questions with hp tuners

ok well i went step by step and got the arf set to 13 and all that stuff listed in a post in here. i dont have a wideband jsut narrow band stockers for monitoring. my o2s "seem" to be ~910 at 13:1 from what i have seen on the dyno. now coudl i use this as a base?

i figured icould do that, then go back out there and log fuel trims and then adjsut on that more if needed.

and one more thing. ok so say i have my ve all tuned for the under 4000 rpm. now i need to move into ve tuning, is that just taking some wot runs and then scaling from 4000+ to get the desired afr? and then when i do the ve do i just scale from 0-4000 or do i do the whole table?? kinda confused here and i have yet to try and change the tables so doing so may answer some of these questions. let me knwo guys, thanks
