the only change was a converter!
after i installed the 4000 converter the car is now misfiring like crazy.... it is barely drivable....
i went back and down loaded a stock bin file and still the same thing....
every time i try to give it any gas it starts bogging and then sometimes when i let off of the gas it pops (backfires)
what do i do... im a noob to tuning please help me

There is a sticky at the top of this page that explains the correlation between big converters and misfires. It will walk you through eliminating it.

here is what i did to try and fix it... i set the activation temp to 141 and deactivation temp to 142. put the 32767 in the three tables ( i dont remember what they were called right off the top of my head) but they already had the number "32767" in some of the cells so i put it in all of them... i deleted torque managment by way of the "tunning 101" sticky. and i also changed the shift speed by way of "tunning 101" also.
I feel like im still missing something... because it runs pretty good until i hit higher rpms then it starts stumbling and bogging down...

Folks keep in mind he is having actual misfire problems, as in its barley running. Those suggested corrections eliminate the false misfire problems caused by converter weight and how it effects the ses light and converter lockup.
I'd check the crank and cam sensors, make sure no wires were pinched, nothing was left unpluged ect. Might not hurt to change the fuel filter

I just remembered.... when i first got the car back I found an exhaust leak right after the collector on the header.... i drove it like this for about 45-60 min...
could it be that after the battery had been unplugged for so long that it was trying to relearn itself but it had an exhaust leak and it learned the wrong thing (if that makes sense at all)
or could it be that i fouled some plugs?
im really running out of answers so I guess i will keep looking!
please tell me if the guesses above are sane or not.
Thanks!
