well i got hp tuners in and working today and im going to log 02s some and tonite hopefully start trying to understand more about how to tune the ve table my question is do i have to tune in sd mode and if so will it cause the trans line pressure to go up high due to the iat. also from reading i see i should dial in the ltft before really starting is there a specific way to do this really any input would help

I'm not 100% certain about the trans pressure due to the lack of MAF ... I've seen posts that people say it does affect line pressure negatively, and others that say it doesn't in later year PCMs...

as for how to start, the sticky on top that says "read me first" contains several detailed posts about VE tuning and how to do it
