i was wondering if there are some basics i can do to my tune for the cam like something in the air tables or timing tables that will help with start up and help it run ok when i first start.
its an f13 cam 230/232 .598/.587 on a 112+4 with AFR heads

Change what from 40*c and up? Are we talking about the Idle AirFlow vs ECT table? Because on mine I had to turn the high temps down to get my STIT and LTIT at 0.
Are you sure you mean the IAC Park Position Airflow vs IAT?
Im really lost on some of this. Cause the stickies dont account for cars like mine that have an electronic throttle. If I change the Idle Airflow vs ECT table from 40*c up to 10, then my STIT and LTIT (idle trims) will be WAY out of wack.

yeah i dont know about electronic throttle, but im almost positive he was talking about the airflow tables vs coolant temp, this is just a starting point though, i have a file to calibrate a new table once i get some data, this will just help me run lol lets more air in at idle

make it idle higher, that gets the air moving just enough to keep everything moving without stalling and such, so you can work on things without it dying on you. other than that, keep PE sane and safe, don't go WOT on it until your VE is somewhat close <4krpm, that will give you a solid base. slow and steady wins the race
