Default Matching low ocatne tables to high octane question

I am dealing with some false knock at WOT so the car is pulling out timing, how would i get rid of this, would matching the low octane tables to the high octane tables solve it? as long as i continued to run premium to avoid detonation would it be alright, or is this not suggested? im new to tuning so i dont know too much about it, any help would be appreciated

What month was yours built in?

I copied and pasted my high table to the low. No side effects noticed.
