LS1Edit vs. NYS inspection... Does anyone here know, if i delete codes that are stored in my ecu that are causing me to fail inspection will i pass, or will DMV be able to tell whats been done?

if it's anything like Illinois's OBDII testing... set the codes so they don't set an error (but leave enabled) ....
I did this 2 weeks ago, had 1 incomplete readiness test on my 2000 car and passed (in IL you can have 2 incompletes for 2000 and earlier, 1 incomplete for newer cars)
took about 30 miles , 2 cold starts and 5 or 6 warm starts to get the rest of the readiness tests to complete

I cant wait to get the computer to lie to the emissions guys while ther eis no cats and no air or egr provisions and a turbo sitting infront of the engine. LOL YAY for computers!!!

rear o2 readiness codes? I know theres a catalyst readiness code, but i think once you delete the rear o2's, the catalist readyness is set to complete. Theres also an o2 sensor heater cirsuit readiness test, but its not rear specific.

i failed both of those tests
i was tring to think of the names
i failed one more also but cant rememeber what but if i get those 2 fixed then im straight because in ny i think your aloud to fail 1 or 2 tests
will o2 sims solve this?

If you have a 2001+, then youre only allowed to fail one. Usually, if you had all the codes deleted for that particular system, they shoudl automatically set to complete. I have a suspicion that your tuner may have left a couple codes in there that are keeping the readiness bit from autocompleteing.
