Default no LTIT

working on an idle tune for a friend, and the LTIT stayed at 0 the whole time. Anyone know what the problem could be. Long term fuel trims ARE on.

you can be in permanent open loop, check 'closed loop temp enable' table.

Thanks. I'll try that today. Also, what would cause the car to be in permanent open loop?

I am having the same issue with LTIT. My car is in closed loop and the LTIT always is at 0.00 gm/sec. The STIT is updating as it should.

Exactly. This is on my friend's car btw. My car did not have any problems with the LTIT. Is the only way the car will be in permanent open loop is if you program it that way, because I have not.

It is. I also noticed you have a 98. I'm sure that may have something to do with it. However I am still in the dark as to how to fix it.
