I expect that the fuel trimming will be slightly different
at lower engine temps. You might benefit from trimming
there but then, that will push trimming away from what
represents "normal hot" as you run up through cold and
then have to drift back in after warmup.
Probably doesn't make a big difference, the O2s should
be lit off earlier than that (from dead cold anyway) but
I don't see a big benefit offhand.
I think this number wants to be at or above the closed
loop enable temp.

I was wondering if the trim would change, but then thought if RAF etc was dialed in that it would not have much impact. Only about a minute or two between 60* and 65* in terms of warm up.
Closed loop enable temp is 33.5 from -10 and hotter. At -20 it is 60. It doesn't get below -10 a lot around here and -20 is a once every 7 years or so.
