i've seen big cam cars can go above 115% VE, your IFR seems to be correct for the numbers you've put in, even though i'd disagree on some of your assumptions here, but that's a different topic that's been addressed in the 'lets settle svo rated fuel pressure' thread.
Thats really close to what I came up with on yours based on 40psi.
Here is a shot of my screen shot with 30lb SVO's and my current setup.
I personally use 43.5psi on my car with my 30's.

correct me if i'm wrong, but if you're not gettin as much fuel as calculated, that will require the VE table to "soak" up the difference, right ? end result being an innaccurate representaion of the VE of the engine
The reason I don't use 40psi is because I have yet to see HARD proof evidence that the injectors are rated at 40psi. I scaled mine at 43.5 with a current PSI of 58psi. My fuel pressure will vary upon startup from 64psi to 60psi after fully warmed.

I am still trying to figure out why the fuel pressure varies from cold start to a fully warmed up car (30mins). I don't know if it is due to the tank re-pressurizing or what but it pissed me off for awhile until I finally said to hell with it and use 58psi. At WOT my car goes to 58-59psi. i think it has something to do with heat, the power wire from the alternator being right behind the fans and the cramped quarters of the engine compartment, heat increases wire resistance, more resistance = less voltage
