yes....
it just takes a little bit more patience to get it right...and you need to set up teh car to be biased towards only teh IAT(cylinder charge temp bias tables)
you can still do the timing change based on WOT switch...
you will always need some kind of switch to engauge the spray anyways...and again....timing can be done in the IAT spark add tables by telling the IAT its 284* when you go wot and NOS is armed...
you can do all of this with a $4 relay from radio shack and a $0.25 resistor....if thats too expensive then you should stay away from NOS all together...LOL
you can use the PE IAT add to get teh fueling needed as well for that....
