Also, if your going to adjust the base settings, make sure you give the PCM enough time to learn the new LTRIMS. I would wait till several cold starts and 50+ miles before you begin to fine tune with the WOT settings.
Why even watch LT's at cruise. People say get 0% LTrims at cruise, what for?

Remember you cant change the BASE pot on the dyno, only the WOT. And as others have pointed out. Its best to tune on the road under WOT with autotap montior your O2 sensors. A dyno is useful to baseline your O2 Sensors, since they are not calibrated nor very accurate at the higher voltage levels during WOT. Remember the O2 sensors are ignored and the fuel trims are frozen during fuel enrichment mode. So the PCM really doesnt care what they are doing since its relying primarly on the MAF, RPM, and TPS to deliver fuel.
WOT Pot on the MAFT doesnt require learning like the BASE setting. Leave WOT ALONE, until you dial in your long term fuel trims with BASE. Then and only then start fooling with WOT "if necessary. It only adds a little above 8Khz, as the BASE is the primary signal throughout the range.
for more info see my site.
