I CLEARED THE CODE AND IT WENT OFF. iT STAYED OFF WHILE I WAS DRIVING.
as soon as I went to start the car up, the LIght came back on.
could it be a solenoid probleM????????????????
<strong>Do you have the EGR valve removed? Thats the code I have too becasue it has not been deleted from my pcm yet.</strong><hr></blockquote>
Thats really weird that you mention that. Ed told me that he had shut off my EGR. I do have that EGR plastic thing, if thats what your talkin about. Justin, is my code, THE EXACT same as yours? Do u think Ed did something with the EGR?????
What EGR "plastic thing"? Do you have an LS6 intake?
I have the regular ls1intkae, with Eds tuning (Eds tuing includes shutting off the EGR on the ls1intake) I popped the EGR hose that goes into the manifold to see if it was dirty, and it looked okay. Went to turn the car on and the SES light was still there. Went to a-tap it but my laptop's batter died. <img src="gr_sad.gif" border="0"> Man i wish i could figure this out, but it looks like the dealership is winning.

I have his tuning through him for over a year. I had to make an adjustment with the pcm and went to put it back in yesterday, and along came a SES light.
