Okay, Got a couple questions...
Which setting will be the best for running N2O and what should the LTrims readings be at WOT as well as idle and noirmal driving? I've heard negative % and positive % which is better at normal driving. I don't want to run too rich and sure as hell don't want to run lean. I had terrible luck last year with N2O. I want to do it right this year.
Second where on Auto-tap can I look at injector pulse widht?
Let me know.

You want to maintain negative l-trims all the time to ensure consistent WOT fueling.
As for nitrous numbers - if you have LS1 Edit pull out a little timing and go - if you want to tune a/f ratio use your fuel jet and get on a dyno.
Injector pulsewidth is listed as something like
Avg BPW Bank 1
Avg BPW Bank 2
