Default What should my fuel trims be running at (auto-tap)

I recently got my o2's fixed (S1B2) and i was autotapping my car.. and noticed my A/F gauge was reading 'rich' constant... at idle and wot.
what should my fuel trim be at for normal use.. (not running my bottle)??

I look to keep my LTRIMs negative. I don't worry if they are between 0 and -10 so long as they are not real erratic between fuel trim cells (other than idle.)
