WTF is this...
There are predetermined values for how many times an o2 should switch, or cross this point in a given time period. When the o2 doesn't meet the criteria the code is set.
If your o2's are old I would replace them. If they are new then it could be a sign of an exhaust leak - esp. with slip on type collectors.
If you are only getting it on one bank you can try swapping banks and see if the code follows the sensor or stays with the bank.
