Default Has Anyone had Both EASE and A-Tap?

I am currently running Auto Tap, but have been thinking of moving up to the EASE so that my logging will be much quicker. I am wondering if I sell the A-Tap and buy EASE, are there any parameters that will not be available with EASE that I now have with A-Tap? Anyone out there that has used both and knows the answer?

I have been thinking about ditching atap and getting ease also. It sounds like a much better tool. Will it work on my car?

I used atap for 6 months, got sick of the bugs and in researching PCM scanners have now been using Ease for well over a year and have analyzed over 1,400 PCM traces with it.

Ease not only supports required EPA functions of OBD-II but also supports GM's enhanced functions.
It also can if you later add the options, see all chassie and body functions.
Being it was designed to work within MSwindows, the user interface is easy to understand and use as example if you want to know if your car would pass the new I/M 240 tests you just click on a icon and it tells you the state of all I/M tests.

When you record, Ease also records any DTCs, freeze frames, state of O2s and I/M 240 and saves them in the recorded file, also allows you to save them to a report which both can be replayed back later or e-mailed to someone else to analyze.

Ease uses a "fast data packet" so instead of like atap being so slow and missing data, request for several functions at a time so PCM only has to send 1 packet with info on those several functions.
Being it functions out of windows you have the full use of all the laptops memory whereas if your
using a DOS based scanner it only uses a max of 640K of RAM.
If you only want generic OBD-II, Ease also has versions for pocket P/C, PDA and also a black box, where you use that in the car and then move the box to your desktop P/C and download the recording and replay/analyze there.
Everyone I have gotten Ease for who has autotap, after using the Ease GM enhanced version puts their atap up for sale and thus gets most of their money back in a short timeframe.

Ease has been tested by EPA and is approved as a OBD-II scanner for smog testing.
If it helps you, contact me to obtain a Ease scanner I will also teach you how to use it to gain the most for tuning your powertrain and A4 trannie.
