MAFT version? I see people advertising and looking for
particular MAFT version / rev codes. What
is there to look for here, is there any
important difference, year-year compatibility

Re: MAFT version? Some of the older versions of the Translator plus were not compatible with the supercharged 3.8.
As for the LS1 translator this was calibrated for the LS1 only. If for some reason you stumble across a older unit, let me know I will send you a upgrade chip to the latest version as a Freebie.
