Default what afr for max power on LS6

On a wide band sensor, is around 13.2 (or 13.5 etc) the best on an LS1? Hope to get on a dyno soon, and don't want to go to lean during my experiments.

Thanks!

Shoot for 12.8 to 13.2.

I always forget, will a car run leaner or richer on the street compared to on the dyno?

The car will run leaner on the street, so don't go too nuts on the dyno.

Yip, you lean out on the street. Generally only .1 - .2. Just aim for 13.0 and you'll be fine.

After you get your wideband reading how do you adjust your A/F in ls1edit? Do you change the stoich setpoint?

A/F ratio at WOT is adjusted by adjusting the PE tables.

The MAF transfer function or Injector Delivery tables can be adjusted as well, but these adjustments will monkey with your part-throttle conditions as well.

I run dual 4" air lines from the nose of the car directly into the airbox. This, combined with 165mph speeds on track, will definitely lean the car out. I plan on making sure the dyno shop has lots of air-flow to simulate the track, but I will keep it a little rich to be safe.

Thanks for the help!
