Default EFIlive 2bar SD?

Will Flashscan support 2bar SD tuning?Or do you need additional software?

Yes it is supported. All you need is a wideband and the commerical version of EFILive. PM me if you want details.

I tune with HPtuners, but I'm installing a Starrperformance twinscrew supercharger and his base tune is done with EFIlive.I'm looking for an easy way to start my tuning with his base tune.

HPT can not read EFI Custom Operating systems, so you will not be able to modify it....

Unless you purchase EFILive, you will have to start from scratch.

yup...you might wanna just have your tuner use hptuners with 2 bar & tune using your stuff so you can tweak on it later.

Do you need commercial version to upgrade to an EFILive Custom OS? Or can the Personal Scan and Tune do this as well?

the commercial & tunershop versions can upgrade the OS for you...personal can tune & load the custom OS's after they are loaded initially with the commercial/tunershop version.

This is true. For the average Joe, $850 is about 1.7 tunes paying a "pro" to do it.

I think what foff is trying to tell you is, Flashscan personal will alow you to modify calibrations only. Commercial and/or workshop are required if you want to upgrade your OS.

Send a pm to wait4me. Tell him what you want to do and he will take care of you.

Hey guys I have been told that some of the above information isn't true. Here is the deal.

FYI, Starr Performance do not use our custom O.S's!!, they STILL use the
stock GM O.S with halved Map scaling.
I can aso bet they sent that guy an Australian O.S 12225074 which will not
work on a US car correctly.....better get him to check that.
Either way, he is better off starting from scratch.
