Default Best "Mail In Tuner" to send my PCM to?

I'm looking for the best, with lots of experience and proven results with F-Body LS1 programming. Need to be able to take a PCM that is out of the car and program it. Please let me know of who can do this. l know of SLP but have a disclaimer for timing table tunes are only for 93+ Octane. I live in AZ & only have access to 91 Octane.

1998 M6 WS6 - Mods: LS6 intake, LT Headers, True duals, Crane 1.8 rocker arm kit, 160 therm, O2 sims.

It's had the LS1edit done but not correctly. I can have the PCM put back to OEM configuration, do the Dyno runs, and send the PCM and that data to a tuner.

Generally Best is whomever did your PCM (or at least that's what most will post)

But I've seen nothing but good feedback on Jesse's (wait4me) mailorder tunes, so I wouldn't hesitate to have him take care of it

With mail-order tunes is the PCM locked or would I still be able to take it to another tuner sometime down the road for adjustments?

I thought I read somewhere some sponsors will lock the PCM?? Not quite sure though...it was awhile ago.

Jesse gave me just a "rough" tune for my mondo T-rex and I could have easily daily driven the car with that tune no problems.

Thanks Jesse. What would be advantages of you over lets say someone like Motorsport Technologies in Houston?

Ed Wright did a great job with my car with the stock Internals setup.

MTI (Jayson) tuned my car via mail for the H/C setup. I think it's numbers speak for themselves. Not to mention I drive the car to work everyday

I think it all comes down to personal opinion, and who tuned your car in the first place. But FWIW, I trust Chuck at HPE to tune my car, and wouldnt hesitate to recommend Horse Power Engineering. Good guys for sure, and will take care of you
