Use it if the gas stations in your city sell Re-Formulated Gas. It's less aggressive than the non-RFG tuning so it shouldn't ping when you run the RFG gas. They put some kind of additive in the gas to supposedly clean up emissions or increase mileage. More prone to pinging though.

Just moved to San Diego from Pensacola and my car is running like crap and pinging at all rpms with this 91 octane gas. How do I find out if it is reformulated.
