Default Moderators, SOME ONE HELP WITH THESE CODES!!

Well SES Light came on and we ran the car through the computer at Autozone and we got this:

1133: HO2S Insufficient Switching Sensor 1/Bank 1 Fuel Control Shifted Lean (FAOSC)

and

Bank 2 Fuel Control Shifted Lean

I dont know exactly what this is but I need someone who is experienced to explain what exactly this is... I plan on spraying 150 shot tomorrow and I dont like the words "Fuel and Lean" in the same sentence...

Here are my mods if this helps:

Moser 12 Bolt w/ 373
Vig 3000
MSD Wires/NGK TR6's
Lid and Filter
Ported TB
Mac Headers w/ORP
3" Cutout
Hpp3
160 Stat
Transmission Upgrade
Hughes Performance Oil Pan

I decided to run the car through Computer b/c in reverse and and idle it would turn off once in a while and the battery gauge would move sideways when u pressed on the gas...
PLEASE HELP...

Insufficient switching sounds like a dying O2 sensor to me.

A "code" is one thing, but actual datalogging would be nice to see what the oscillation of the O2 sensor is actually doing.

"Switching" is it going above and below 450 mV. Insufficient switching could be it just drifting around there, but not oscillating.

Sounds like you need to replace the O2 sensors.

HTH,

Andrew

TTT- I would really like Colonel to reply and see what he thinks. Also I have a race set up Tomorrow and want to know if I should spray or not, this is a race we've been waiting for...
I dont want to take it to the dealer b/c bye bye warranty im willing to pay for the sensors(if thats even it, bc Im sick and tired of what its doing, and I dont have access to Autotap).
Also, How much do Sensors cost anyway if I order them from the dealer or any other place where I can buy them??

Input would really be greatly appreciated <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

I think it would be absolutely silly to try to spray a 150 shot when you are uncertain of your A/F ratios because of a possibly defective O2 sensor. That $100 part might just end up costing you a $4000 motor.

This is straight out of the GM service manual, which costs about a hundred bucks. I seriously recommend getting one.

What-
Lean to rich voltage jump 300mv to 600mv
Rich to lean voltage jump 600mv to 300mv
Midline 450mv
(it does this switching real fast)

Why-
PCM monitors less than 55 switches in 100 seconds, the code is set. Or, voltage remains between 300 and 600, the code is set.

Resolution-
Check for exhaust leak, O2 sensor installed incorrectly, damaged wiring. If all else fails, replace O2 sensor.

Furthermore, if your battery guage is being greatly affected by throttle position, you should look into wire grounding first. Your headers may have burned a wire.
