P0102. Wtf????????
so, i swapped the maf with one out of my buddies avalanche. same **** happened.
i then set the maf freq to 0, maf table to 0, and p0101-03 all to 2 and ses enable to off. (speed density). no more bogging/bucking.
so what could be going on? i read something about maybe a bad ground?????

1 PSI, you went off-road) but the MAF keeps going; the P0102
code is about disagreement between MAP (speed-density airflow)
and MAF results, somebody's wrong and the PCM may -assume-
it's the MAF and then fault back to speed density mode, which
is the one that's really hurting due to clipped range. Does it run
great in SD, full pedal? How do you manage fueling when the
MAP is pegging out (or do you have a 2-bar MAP)?
Here's why I'm stupmped. The truck has been running fantastic for the past year or so. Why all of a sudden is this happening? The maf sensor works technically. I just took it out of my buddy's avalanche last week, lol. I was testing it to see if mine was bad. Since there was no change, i kept it and gave him mine. It just seems far to coincidental that this all started AFTER i had all that audio/wiring work done. There must be a blown fuse or bad ground somewhere.
put a meter to it and see if you have 4.5V key on, engine off
and some lesser value at idle or other high vacuum.
Perhaps once the voltage reaches a certiain point in the MAF wiring it's shorting to something ? Have you looked closely at/tried jumping the wires ? Just a guess... It's clearly not the physical MAF since you swapped it, could be the wiring ?

Good Luck
PS I was getting the same codes, P0101 P0102 and I swapped my MAF with a friends, checked all intake plumbing for leaks, checked grounds etc and nothing helped until I changed the intake gaskets.
